Some more comments from the meeting --

As of Feb., there were 18,000 shareholders. There were only 6,000 last year.

Patriot today is a microprocessor design and marketing company focused on the embedded system market.

Business Model--
* Provide chips
* License technology
* Provide engineering services

Milestones of past year--
* Company has transitioned from JavaOS to Personal Java
* Ported VxWorks (from Wind River)
* Developed .35 micron chip
* Developed and launched Soft core version
* Released Premium evaluation kit
* Added 3rd party software

There are six patents on Patriots microprocessor.

Five new engineers were added to the staff in the past year.

There is special interest in our chip in Germany and Japan.

Business partners of PTSC include:
* Charis Software
* Espial Group
* ProSyst Software
* FORTH, Inc.

TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor), the largest foundry in the world, produces the Patriot chip.

PTSC continues to sell the CyberShark ISDN modem and FlagShip products to several legacy customers. This accounts for $1-2 million in revenue each year.

The company will look at the Ground Penetrating Radar technology this year and decide what to do about further development.

They are looking into NASDAQ listing, but it will probably be 8-12 mos. before that comes about. The SEC is swamped with applications right now, so listing is taking longer than usual.

They are focusing on the "System on a Chip" market.

Selling points for chip:
* Low cost
* Small size
* Low power usage

Genroco is using the PTSC chip in ALL of their products. Concurrent will probably be using our chip via Genroco.

Chip will eventually go to .18 micron.

That's about it from my notes. I had to write fast as Jim Lunney didn't waste any time going through the presentation.

There was a good crowd in attendance -- probably 150 or so.
Computers were set up with demos of the chip. It was an up-beat meeting. Jim Lunney said there will probably be ANOTHER annual meeting before this year is over since we didn't have one last year.
