"Union Pacific Resources (NYSE:UPR) is pleased to announce that Number 1 Rother 13-29 well in Southeastern Colorado has intersected what should be classified as a major expansion of the Second Wind field. Mr. John Rokaskis of UPR said "we are extremely gratified to have made yet another quality discovery which should translate into a steady and on-going income stream."
The Number 1 Rother well was financed in a farm-out to International Marketing & Management (Nasd:IMMM), a small, start-up exploration and resource company that holds the North American rights to the EM-Sounder, an electromagnetic ground-probing radar.
International Marketing & Management's Dr. Michael Stamm (the creator of the EM-Sounder technology) said in an interview early today, "I knew the technology was sound, and it was only a matter of time before it would be commercially proven. More than 75 million dollars have gone into the development of the EM-Sounder. Many have been skeptical or have tried to purchase the rights for pennies, but I always held on in my belief."
A UPR spokesman said that negotiations were underway with IMMM concerning a possible buyout of the company. "We can't say for certain that the EM-Sounder made the difference in this well discovery, but an additional 50 sites for drilling have been identified by Dr. Stamm, and we are excited by the possibilities. If proven, the EM-Sounder holds great promise in the industry, and we at UPR are pleased that we had the foresight to give the technology a chance on UPR territory."

******I hope this will be perceived in the intent in which it was done. Certainly not to try and fool anyone. And certainly not to hype this stock (we all know that IMMM can't be accused of that!). We may be proved FOOLS in the end, but I believe many, like me, have gotten a little discouraged with the price movement of this stock, and we all needed a little "boost" to remind us what the long-shot results were that got us into this in the first place. Did you feel the excitement as you read? I for one will not be able to contain myself if the above scenario ever comes about. I certainly am not fooling myself. I realize the chances are slim, but then, what are the chances of being bitten by more than 85 bats in your lifetime?
