Good point! Even if the takeover happens it wouldn't surprise me if a class action is launched against the so-called independent directors who are advising stockholders to accept. The directors are all long time close associates of Adolf Lundin et all and I don't think the stockholders are getting good direction from the directors. In any event the Lundin name will be mud over this in my opinion.
