Redhat wants market share, that's why they're offering such a low price, and it's not like they invented linux; most of the work was already done.

I do agree that 180 million is a lot to ask of Mexico. The regular consumer does get not price gouged though. 200 dollars for the full version, and 90 for an upgrade is not a lot. No one is forcing someone to upgrade either.
