everyone... I got the annual report and proxy statement from ITEC today... they want us to approve yet another reverse stock split... I'm still holding the bag from the prevous 5 for 1 reverse stock split a couple of years ago...now they want our approval for another 1 or 2 UP TO 1 FOR 6 reverse split... I can see how the company needs this to happen... but what this will mean is that my stock will have to go to $30 a share (if the 6 for 1 split is approved) for me to even come close to breaking even.... g
