George Gilder predicted this decline and MSFT's progressive technological irrelevance 5 years ago. ... Those who followed this 'prophet' five years ago could have sold their stock at $9.75, the closing price of Microsoft on April 21, 1995. Those who disregarded his advice and purchased would be sitting on a $60 gain today. If you're about to quote someone, why choose a loser? Cheers, PW.
