I shut off my PABN thread on RB a few weeks ago....is anyone actually still supporting the company over there? "Epsilon Minus" was a description of the dregs, the lower level, uneducated part of society in "Brave New World," which I read when I was very young, but I never forgot the quote: "Society will always need their epsilon minuses." This may explain PABN management. Or not. JMHO.
