Fred, all the new shorts (north of 2 MM shares) are making money right now (on paper), since the 15th of April, the stock has been above $20 only one day for few minutes with an opening of barely 5000 to 10,000 shares, three points above the prior day's closing. Since then, if the short were indeed pressed they could (and probably would) cover a good half of the recent short addition.

I for one, would be very happy to see a move by investors like us to force the NAZ (through appropriate action of the SEC or congress) to disclose the short position on a daily basis at the close of each day. With current technology, there is no reason that each sale not be identified as a short or a regular sale, nor is there a reason to hide from the public if a sale was for a customer account or the MM's account. Maybe if each one of us wrote his congressman about the unethical keeping of investors in the dark for up to six weeks, we could get some action on this.

The NITE and INCA have an unfair advantage that should be removed.
