Hey thanks for the comments on northern ca... its a nice place to live, but there aren't a whole lot of decent jobs. I guess in that part of the country, people put the land / location as a higher goal as opposed to living in some smog filled city in a huge house with the best cars. thanks for the comments on the market. I'm in it for the long haul, but it is good to see this sort of analysis. I just don't want to make the mistake I made in '91. I sold many of my holdings to buy a house. and guess what. the market (real estate) peaked and dropped. The shares i sold meanwhile, had I held, I would have made a cool million on a small couple thousand dollar investment... lol -- its funny now to look back and see that.
