They had the necessary search warrant. Check the news stories; that they didn't was a falsehood spread by right-wing zealots. Yes, if I act in open defiance of the federal government and allude to possible violence should the federales appear at my door, I might reasonably expect an armed raid, pre-dawn, post-dawn, doesn't matter--it's called enforcing the law.

I received an "A" in constitutional law when I studied it at Cornell Law School; there has been and will be no ruling that the INS action violated the Constitution. If there is, you can wave it in my face; don't hold your breath.

"Or even Rush Limbaugh" is funny. Yes, how could an educated person make up his mind without Rush telling him what to think?

Try making your point without personal attacks. It will be a refreshing step up for you.
