The develpment of human spirit and character comes from the personal engagement in technology, the arts, music, religion, friendship, love, math, science and of course, Holy Philosophy, the Absolute Queen of The Sciences and The Love Of Wisdom. Government can spend enormous amounts of money here as an occasion to inspire its citizens to pursue these noble ends and still remain committed to free enterprise and the ideals of capitalism.
