My view on stock valuation is based on supply and demand. The price of BYH is low because of low demand. BYH will remain a low priced stock until there are higher demand.

I am not familiar with PTR. But if the demand is low, PTR will also be a low priced stock.

I don't see the reasons or advantages of currency devaluation, based on either economy or finance. Currency is a matter of economy and finance, not politics. If a matter of economy or finance is determined by political reasons, I don't understand it.
