Order routing both am gaps .....and EOD seemed to improve markedly for the very end of last week. Can't speak for trading the OTC/BB's...but apparently routing to Knight also has been up
and maintained with less outages , than in the past weeks that what we
have been experiencing.

I agree. For the last few days, using order routing via level 2 one click to route to specific MM's or ECN's and Mytrack worked very well - even in the high volume periods with only a couple of "freezes" that didn't last but 30 secs. or less.

However, if any of my orders get routed to HRZG they are not filled - even when put in at the ask - except for maybe 100 shares. Herzog's treatment of me (a Mytrack customer) over the last couple of months has made me grow to hate them. It wasn't this way late last year or even early this year as I used to get decent fills from them.

IN MY OPINION: I suspect some of what HRZG is doing is, at the very least, against SEC rules for order flow / execution.

Since they know it would be hard to prove and most would just get flustered and mad but not make any more of an issue of it they continue to "black list" Mytrack customer orders (for reasons unknown to me).

Since this is all just my opinion and suspect, I am going to start logging times and transaction logs for issues that I trade and get routed to HRZG and then get screwed around with. Once I have it all logged together, I'm going to send it to the SEC to find out if it's allowable or not!

I'm pulling for Mytrack because the software is slick and constantly being updated to be even "slicker"! I feel for B. Hertz because I think he means well but just sometimes gets confused or priorities mixed up. I have appreciated the personal responses I have gotten in the past from him to my suggestions and some of them have already been implemented and some are on the way.

Many months ago I asked for the ability to see whether a stock was "Marginable" or not in the monitor window. Barry responded personally and after some confusion about what I was requesting was straightened out I got the response that it was a good idea and would be added in a future release. About 2 releases ago I noticed you can now add the column "Marginable" in the monitor window (I don't think it works yet from the server end, but it's there).

I also asked for the Mytrade window to add a row in the Account Summary screen showing what your "Cash Buying Power" would be (i.e., buying power for OTC:BB stocks, unmarginable NASDAQ stocks, etc.). Again, told it was an excellent idea and would be added. Since I haven't seen it yet, I wrote back recently and inquired. I was told it had not been forgotten and would be added shortly.

I get as frustrated as anybody at times but I've also been extremely PO'd at the E*Chimp at times. Occasionally I get so frustrated that I have to "let it out" and often SI is where I go to do that.

Now, if we could all just learn to get along here...

:+)
