The guy at JD Powers probably had too much caffeine in his bloodstream. Doesn't what Gomez does constitute "spoon feeding?" Or is the pablum O.K. if it's to your taste? :-) I don't know about Powers, but the folks at Gomez have too much EGRP advertising and consulting dollars and Softbank investments in their coffee.
