with 11+ million shares in short interest. it was hard for the stock to move up because the price of the stock is/was artibraged by the short interest. in other words, short sellers are preventing it from going up even though buyers are jumping in. SEC rules requires MMs to honor their bid/ask. however, they also allows MMs to sell short to buyers in order to keep their bid/ask. thus, giving room for artificially inflated or deflated movements.

if you want to go on and call it a dog, be my guest. but, this is one helluva undervalued stock, IMHO.
