MDIH update:The merger will close next week but don't look for it for a few days.I spoke to some VC guys and got a detail example on what might be going on here. 1)Sci-games the big investor in MDIH has been up for sale for the last few months(public info)So for Sci-games to invest major cash in a new venture it must be agreed by the new owners(if there are any takers).I have been told that this type of deal is done over the phone and by fax so the closing can happen at any time. 2)Sci-games has bet the farm on MDIH and this will come out very soon.Sci-Games is in a dead part of the lottery business.They need us ! 3)Steve Safrin made a public statement that he thought the deal would close by the end of April but also stated in the S.E.C. papers that the deal would close by the end of the quarter which ends in MAY.The news will be out soon!Don't worry about if it takes a few more days! Please ask some questions and I will be back on SUN night to fill you in more.Thank you LEM for your help on RB!
