Mike, MSFT's quote $180,000,000.00 USD RHAT's quote $79.95 USD I wouldn't be surprised if the Mexican government decided to go with MSFT and end up receiving a better value. Why do you think companies hire big 5 accounting firms / management consulting firms and pay them $300 / hr average, while a bright guy in Bangladesh would bid $3 / hr, or a bright guy in SF would bid $100 / hr? Do you think that anytime price of product A > price of product B, there is a price gauging going on? How about the price gouging of the movie channels on your cable that charge you $10 per month (or whatever), while you can attach a piece of wire to your TV and receive CBS for "free"? Joe
