Reports on the custody issue seem to vary widely; I've read published reports stating that he was living with his father, and other reports obviously conflict. I haven't sufficient interest to try to dig out the truth (if my opinion meant anything to anyone, I might be more interested). I still believe that a child with one living parent belongs with that parent, unless that parent is clearly incompetent, and that nobody has the right to keep a child away from a parent.
