Yep - The way I look at it is a 100% write off of the ole HDD as I just ransferred the shares into an RRSP acct that had some HDD. Ya see after three years this is the first time I need to dispose of them for tax loss reasonms - Unfortunately I did not need tax loss sells in 98 and 99 - I was in the red anyway - LOL. I have GGS HDN and DYT on the tickers and they are so damn tightly hel now as John Tarrant has taken all the debt for shares and a lot of teh PPs himself. remember this guy is not nor has he ever been part of the ole Howe street P&D mentaility. I have 10k of DYT and I think he will turn at least one of these three companies into something respectable. It willnot happen today or likely ecev this year. Of note is that not one of these stocks has been grabbed by the Daytrading P&D artists in the past year. Many have and I often play them if and only if I get in early. I have my 0.8% of my originl in my RRSP - I think I had 8k so I think I have 666x2=1332 shares - Cheers
