my apologies x. I made an error and didn't specify that I meant to take over a stock thread. I like the ones with silly lawsuits, for instance RZYM. I had a blast on the yahoo board a few months ago, right before the huge run up. re: other philosophies. I am a simple man. I believe that I have a soul, and that it is eternal. Therefore I have a responsibility that transcends mortal life. But I am incapable of ensuring it's safety after my time expires. Therefore I live by faith. The Lord's Prayer and The Golden Rule provide philosophical thought on this topic. So yes, I am contradicting myself. The Bible is superior to the Constitution. I made a conclusion based on general observations. The conclusion was that the DOI was the culmination of philosophical thought. And that no great observations have been made since then. My general observations were that this is not an age of Enlightenment. This is an age of Information. Until this period matures, we can not possibly make observations in regards to human nature because our state of information is in flux. How can we make decisions in regards to cloning and artificial intelligence without complete information? Anyways, you are right and I was wrong. anselm.edu
