Russia can't be even mention in the same sentence with any of the Asia'n country, not even as a joke...<g> Ok... I'll substitute Vietnam or Cambodia. They perfectly reflect the Asian "face saving" mentality. I guess you would be correct in that Russia is part of the "guilt/sin" oriented western mentality. But it is clear from recent events in Vietnam, that investment is tapering off and western businessmen are pulling out due to the overwhelming corruption, as well as a lack of legal respect/protection for individual/commercial property rights. The same business risk exists in China and will continue to cause western investors to exercise caution about investing in the country. Regards, Ron
