Sales Manager Contact: Human Resources Responsible for sales of API products in America either covering by region or by channel type, OEM or Reseller. Duties will include soliciting and penetrating into new accounts, OEM or Reseller, presenting Alpha Processor solutions and capabilities. The person will be also responsible for managing sales on existing accounts and driving sales forecasts back to the factory. This person will sell Alpha CPU, Alpha Slot-B CPU Module, chipsets and motherboards to Alpha customers as well as chipset and boards to K7 customers. The ability to manage time & customer relationships effectively coping with our market where demand is exceeding the supply situation.
Sales experience in Semiconductor or Computer Industry. Minimum of 5 years experience required. Knowledge in sales situation of Microprocessor, chipset or system is critical. This individual should possess thorough understanding of the computer channel marketplace, its dynamics and reseller requirements. Understanding of software, hardware and computer peripheral terminology is required. Proven sales experience in developing and maintaining new customer relationships. Strong understanding of various Operating Systems including Windows NT and Linux as well as software issues will be a plus.
System Engineer Contact: Human Resources Product evaluation, system integration and alteration, system software development with embedded PC platforms, and product enhancement. Application software integration and device driver developments with various networking interface modules.
Must have a BS in engineering and need 7+ years hands-on networking product development experience in software. C and C++ are a must. Must have a strong background in the networking (protocols). Must have a strong knowledge in the server architecture and hands-on experiences in UNIX or LINUX communication programming are a big plus.
Sales Engineer Contact: Human Resources Responsible for all the account sales activities covering various product, engineering and services groups. This person is responsible for expanding further business relationships with the existing OEMs/VARs and recruiting new Network Server/Appliance OEMs, enabling Alpha Processor, chipset, cache module, and motherboard sales and design-in activities. Additional customers include chipset or high-end board solution sales to AMD Athlon customers. This person needs to provide sales forecast and customer requirement feedback to the marketing routinely. Seeking energetic individuals with great team player skills in a rapidly growing organization. Must have a BSEE or equivalent. "
