So for the next few years, msft's stock performance will be driven not by the co's sales or earnings performance or new products, but by legal motions, various hearings, and legal/appellate proceedings and milestones, as well as new lawsuits to be filed by MSFT's competitors and fmr competitors. Sounds like a great "buy" to me. <gg> This is now a stock for lawyers, not for technology investors, imo.
