Jim, Tero quit posting on the QCOM thread a couple of years ago. I haven't updated my profile for a couple of years either. One of the reasons I invested in NOK is the excellent information that Tero provides on this thread. However, I don't believe Tero is objective about Qualcomm or CDMAone (IS95). If Nokia was the leader in 1X Tero would be pointing out that it is a vastly superior technology to GPRS and that GPRS will not compete well in the markets where it has to go head to head with 1X. The beauty of GPRS is that like it's daddy GSM it will not have to compete with any other technology in most markets. I wouldn't bother to quiz Tero if I didn't have great respect for his knowledge of the industry, but he definitely hates Qualcomm. Keep in mind that after the huge appreciation in QCOM share price last year they are sporting a PE similar to NOK's. Yes I'm sensitive! Pete Profile is updated
