Janice - was out of town for a few days (ironically at a State Bar meeting) and didn't hear about the suit until this afternoon! Still haven't read the details closely.

My initial impression would be that the Bloomberg suit isn't related to the class action. But with this crowd, you never know for sure. I'll try to figure it out, and will let you know.

What a crazy stock! You could not write stuff this funny if you tried, and no one would publish such fantasy if you could.
