I think TKLC would be a great fit w/CSCO. I can't speak to the cultural fit since I haven't worked at either company, but they both dominate their market spaces, both have ops in CA and NC and for CSCO, it would help round out their IP telephony offering and be a good offensive strike against LU, NT and the like. JMHO.
