I bought QXL back in Oct at US$14.00 and US$16.00/sh. On April 6, 2,000 just six months latter the stock skyrocketed because of some misunderstanding on a USA TV business show and hit a high of US$350/share (pre-split price). That's over 2500% in 6 months, from the IPO price. I sold out most and last week I think the stock bottomed out. Many on the chat lines gave QXL a blistering attack, yet the sharp rise and fall was no fault of QXL. The day before the big QXL jump on April 5, QXL was US$66.00/share. It's currently trading at about US$50.00/share.(Pre-Split) That's not a bad drop when you compare many great tech stocks are dropped down. I'm now loading up at $50.00/share (post-split price $16-$19/share). I think SG Cowen 2-year target of US$333.00/share will be achieved in only 1 year not two. It's great to see more bandwith, high speed, 3-D and motion picture moving onto the Internet across Europe. This improved Tech. will make person-to-person auction and pricing antiques over the Internet with Mr. Hugh Sculley way more appealing than it is currently.!!! Let's hope QXL.COM and eBay prosper in this new European Internet Revolution. Europe is the new Internet frontier and in my humble opinion, QXL has laid a great foundation to take advantage of person-to-person auction Plus, Plus, that'll put 100's of millions in the pockets of the ordinary European who plays this Internet Auction business .!!!!--Good luck in Phase #2 (2nd. 6 months) of EURO-EBAY's EUROPEAN STORY.!!
