They were worse even in the very beginning--you do not know your history. Hitler's beginning was the book Mein Kampf, and almost the whole evil plan is there. Which ethnic group has Clinton ordered dismissed from federal posts because of their religion or ethnicity? Jews were forbidden to hold government jobs as soon as the Nazis ascended to power in 1933. Do you think even at the beginning--1933-- you could go to the equivalent of our 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to challenge Hitler's orders? There are no "parallels" here. Your ignorance is appalling; you are no student of the era, and it shows.
