These shares are NOT for "... the top players" as you so glibly portray Mr. Kantonen and the rest of management. Please read - carefully - the reasons set forth in the letter that accompanied the Proxy request. CALL THE COMPANY, they're more than happy to talk. You can then rescind your "NO" vote, after you've done some real Due Diligence.
