Allan: Thanks for the P&F data on the SOX. I did note it had gotten down to 38%. There is no place I would rather be at this time than in the chip equipment stocks. And I am talking about a trade only and not a long term investment. This whole trading pattern may well be a topping process.

I doubled my MSFT position on Friday afternoon. Every quarter there seems to be a tech. blow off. It was IBM in the Fall of 1999. It was LU last quarter. This quarter it is MSFT. All are at least tradeable off their reaction lows if not a long term investment for those so inclined. I got so tired of MSFT being slammed in the media by managers saying they had lightened up on MSFT before the debacle.

"We are not out of the woods yet" is my favorite quote of the week. I have heard it so often this past week that it has made me ill. When are we ever out of the woods? It seems to me if you purchase a stock you immediately find yourself in the woods never to get out unless and until the stock is sold.
