Press Release from the CNA website

April 28, 2000
Mr. Ray Paquette, president of Canadian
Mining Company Ltd., reports that C2C
Mining Corporation has completed Phase 1 of
its research and technical evaluation of
CMCL's Princeton zeolite for commercial
application in C2C Mining Corporation's
patented and proprietary technologies as
outlined in the strategic alliance agreement
between CANADIAN MINING COMPANY LTD.
and C2C Mining Corporation, signed in
October 1999.

Phase 1 included the chemical and physical
testing of the Princeton zeolite. These tests
were conducted to provide the necessary
material handling characteristics, re-activities
and functionality of the zeolite for commercial
products. Further the research included
blending the Cache Creek and Princeton
zeolites to create unique zeolite materials with
distinctive physio-chemical characteristics.
This ability to create zeolite formulations allows
for wider use and application to specific
markets than each of the individual zeolites.

Phase 1 also included establishing the
Princeton Zeolite as a pozzolanic material for
use in a variety of concrete mixes. Research to
date strongly indicates that micronized
Princeton Zeolite can be utilized as a
replacement for silica fume.

The Princeton Zeolite has demonstrated the
chemical and physical properties required for
utilization in C2C's patented Lightweight
Zeolite Concrete technologies. As a result,
Canadian Mining's Princeton deposit is hereby
approved by C2C for use in this application.

Ray Paquette, President
