Maybe Tenchusatsu can tell us if this is what the Tehama chipset designers have in mind when they talk about a quad pumped bus.

Tenchusatsu will probably give you a better description, but my understanding is that on a quad pumped bus, the transfer of information occurs on rising, falling edge, as well as high and low levels.
