Thanks crudestope, I new Mugabe was entrenched in Zimbabwe and tensions were high, and I knew Zimplats was haveing trouble there, but I hadn't made the connection with regard to the impact on either SA or PGM's. Thanks for the post. I agree about Russia. I have said many times I don't think they have very much in the way of PGM's and they have already made it clear that what they do have they are only going to sell at top dollar. Two years ago Russia was desperate, and I think they probably had to sell much of their PGM's, but today they can sell oil and natural gas.
