This news is important, in my view... eFinance Update-Scott Appleby - scott@rsco.com NASDAQ VOLUME HOLDS UP Average Nasdaq for the first 16 days of April was 1.82 billion shares traded, little changed from March's strong daily volume of 1.8 billion. On the NYSE, the average daily volume this month is 1.06 billion, a 6% decline from 1.13 billion in March. The new Robertson Stephens eBrokers Index closed Wednesday at 134, up 41% from its year-to-date lows.
