And Rod ranted on...
Hopefully it's not news to anybody that Corel is using an Windows emulator and that the success is evidenced in the characterization of the emulation as a slow and buggy beta. They will not be able to increase the speed without using a native Linux product (as Star Office has for its supported platforms) and the bugs either exist in the Windows product or they are emulator bugs. Apparently there are some child-like individuals on this thread that would rather not be informed. That's unfortunate but it hardly changes the facts.
Plus a PM bonus...
I have had enough of your one line statements. Any fool can sit their and make categorical statements with nothing to back them up: you're stupid, you're ignorant, you have nothing to say. That is the idiots defense. Rather than refute my position, you choose to use childish insults. The Corel product runs on a Windows emulator. When you don't have the facts you are, by definition, ignorant. When you pretend to know or suggest opposite facts in the absence of any facts at all, you're behaving like a child. Please stop wasting our time with the childish one line sentences.
The Corel product runs on a Windows emulator. When you don't have the facts you are, by definition, ignorant.

Do you know what WINE is? What it stands for? Rod, your mouth is like a trash can, with nothing but the same old garbage spewed out every day.
This sentence of yours speaks for itself!
If you don't even know the difference between an API port and an emulator, and go on to state your rather obvious trash-talk as fact, than you are a fallacious short BSer or simply very ignorant. I will be kind and call you ignorant.
But why should I? You've done it to yourself.
