With all due respect, if these were the "usual" severance terms I doubt they would have garnered the headlines they so deservedly have. You are implying that the BOD had no choice based on Barad's contract terms. I'm not necessarily disputing that, but where did you find the particulars?

Quite a meritocracy these MAT folks are running...NOT!
