Jozef, any company with >80% market share in a market is a monopoly. Besides that, back in the Windows 3.1 days, M$ signed a consent decree saying that their application software group had to be insulated from their OS group, so they would not have an unfair advantage.

I seem to remember lawsuits from outfits like Ashton Tate (DBase database) claiming that M$ used calls to undocumented Windows features in their application software.
