miklosh - the percentage change of the Nasdaq COMP since Jan 1 1985 peaked this year at 1741% (measured on monthly bars). The DOW - 813% The SPX - 764% Say what you will about log vs linear scales, there has never been such a wide divergence nor has there been a period of time in a correction where the COMPX did not come back close to the rest of the market. Still a long ways to go, if this or any future correction plays out the same.
