You're welcome, Trish. Note that for some reason, it takes time for IBM to get going on anything. I still do remember Gerstner's mid-90s comment that the browser will not be the way to make money off the internet because the real money will be made as the most successful companies in the world start using the internet to make their finely-tuned supply chains become even more efficient. Well, post-Y2K plans are being deployed as we speak. We'll see soon enough over the next 3 years if all the planning starts to pay off.
