Allen, thanks for your posts on ACO. What a nice, sudden price jump we just had! I have my small position, and like Keith, I'm not planning to add more. (I haven't done enough work on ACO to figure out what the remaining company might trade for.)

I've not looked closely at WLMR. If financing is not finalized, I'm leery since I've been involved in too many buyouts recently that didn't complete because of inability to secure adequate financing (or so stated the company press releases anyway).

OT: I also have been looking at COMS the last couple of days. It does look attractive (to me) under $40 with ownership of 95% of PALM and current PALM price.
