Reid, thanks a lot for the link. I guess one of the real reasons I wrote was so that I could figure what the Irs would classify me as. For sure I'm not a daytrader. Yet, I do trade almost on a daily basis: The big difference of course is that I hold most stocks more than a day.
The link you provided is definitely a start.
