thinkbach--actually, my post was even more optimistic than you acknowledged, only the NYSE was down 6%, the NAS was essentially even with the previous blow-out month. I've been away from the thread for the past week--one of my very close friends committed suicide at the age of 30--and I'm still working my way through it. You mentioned something about the fact that E*Trade may have inadvertantly or otherwise funded good reports from Gomez--is that true? I know I missed hundreds of posts the past week, but don't have the heart to pound through them all because so many of them appear to be more drivel from the usual suspect, and while I have him on "ignore," so many of the posts seem to be in reference to his, uh, "brilliance." did anything happen in the last week of significance? TIA
