ABN AMRO upgrades to TOP PICK from a BUY rating with a price target of $90. Optical, broadband and wireless are all coming on strong for LU. Strong results with higher growth will raise investor confidence and close the valuation gap with Cisco (CSCO) and Nortel (NT).
