New Symbol Effective May 2, 2000

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 1, 2000--Stampede Worldwide,
Inc., (OTCBB:CRNC), (http://www.stampedeinc.com) formerly Chronicle
Communications Inc., announces its symbol will change Tuesday, May 2,
2000, to (OTCBB:STWW).

The ticker symbol change is a direct result to the Company name
change announced on April 20, 2000. "We are pleased that the NASD
responded so quickly to our request for a symbol change. This change
is just one more step in the process of reflecting our new image and
our new name, Stampede Worldwide, Inc," said John V. Whitman Jr.
