OK, I stand corrected.

But if you think that lawsuits will accomplish anything,
you're naive. Even the common sense question
whether the company was mismanaged, does not have
a simple answer. Of course, everyone wanted Jill's
head, but it was emotional response.
The only big error during her career was the TLC
buyout. And that's in the hindsight. At the time
of the deal majority of the people were cheering how
TLC will propel MAT into Internet era. (I wasn't
and I consider selling of TLC now a mistake, but
I'm not a CEO, so sue me.)

And now I'll shut up because these rants don't
add any value to the investment decisions.
