Go to that URL for one, then search for "Target Bodybuilding" under book titles for another. Also, "The Harlot By The Side of the Road" is another. On Amazon.Com, I have reviews on the Bass and Tesch books and also on Covert Bailey's horrible "Ultimate Fat or Fit" and Charles Poliquin's lousy "Manly Weight Loss." Barnes and Noble won't print any review that isn't positive because it might hurt their sales, so they rejected my Poliquin and Bailey reviews.
