With the agreement, Navigant Consulting becomes an authorized Azteca Systems business partner and reseller of Azteca's Cityworks software. The software (formerly known as Pipeworks©) is an efficient system tool that handles customer call tracking, service request dispatching, inventorying, and work order management systems, and features ``robust'' capabilities out-of-the- box. Cityworks helps a utility organize, manage, and track current and historical work.
As a business partner, Navigant Consulting will also be providing integration and implementation services to utilities incorporating the software, allowing the utility to transition their GIS into a comprehensive work management system.
