PITTSBURGH, April 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: NCI - news) announced today that its Spatial IT Solutions group has signed a cooperative partnership agreement with Azteca Systems, a software application technology firm located in Sandy, Utah, near Salt Lake.
With the agreement, Navigant Consulting becomes an authorized Azteca Systems business partner and reseller of Azteca's Cityworks software. The software (formerly known as Pipeworks©) is an efficient system tool that handles customer call tracking, service request dispatching, inventorying, and work order management systems, and features ``robust'' capabilities out-of-the- box. Cityworks helps a utility organize, manage, and track current and historical work.
As a business partner, Navigant Consulting will also be providing integration and implementation services to utilities incorporating the software, allowing the utility to transition their GIS into a comprehensive work management system.
