What is it that you imagine he is ducking? Well let see, the RNC gets every republican from a safe district to keep asking "Why didn't Al Gore burst into the oval office and demand that Clinton stop Reno" or other statements to that effect. In the mean time Junior can't even be found mugging for pictures at a baseball game. Events during an election year are the pop-quizzes for the leadership course the candidates may take. Gore may occasionally scratch out an answer and try again, but Junior is playing hooky. TP
