***INFORMATION FOR NEW INVESTORS***

Here are some recent facts:

VLNC announced in recent weeks three purchase orders:

biz.yahoo.com

biz.yahoo.com

biz.yahoo.com

CIBC announces coverage, with a buy recommendation

biz.yahoo.com

An international newsletter, Taipan, has recently(May 2000 issue) come forwards with a positive evaluation of VLNC potential:

taipanonline.com

Additionally; one of VLNC?s customers, satellite phone networker Globalstar, is announcing the following coverage patterns within which their VLNC powered product will most probably be available:

globalstar.com

Free Edgar for recent SEC filings, which have been an accurate reflection of the companies position to date:

freeedgar.com

Short holding have increased by 70% in the past month, to just over 4.1 Million:

viwes.com

Institutional holdings:

marketguide.com 0

Note that VLNC has been a developmental stage company now transitioning, as proven by the above publicly available news releases, to commercial enterprise. As a consequence of these news releases expectations are earnings will increase over the next year. There are also expectations that further purchase orders will be garnered by VLNC. In addition, there?s an assumption, based on purchase orders announced to date, that management is on track to meeting their stated year-end run rate goal of ~240 Million. This from a starting earnings position essentially zero. Future earnings statements via SEC filings should prove, or deny, this assumption.

DISCLAIMER: I?m a long-time bull about VLNC?s prospects, and to date I?ve seen nothing to alter my opinion of their potential. Now let?s see how those future earnings statements unfold.
