In LAM058, Meridian Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MEHO - news) Announces Implementation of IPO Subscription Program, moved earlier today, we are
advised by a representative of the company that the third sentence in the first paragraph, should read, ``Consistent with this plan, MEHO shareholders of record as
of May 19, 2000 will be entitled to participate in the initial public offering of the company's subsidiary Intercare.com, Inc. on a prorated basis,'' rather than,
``Consistent with this plan, MEHO shareholders of record as of May 11, 2000...'' as originally issued.
